I walked into this place to add a line to my account and get a new phone. My bill had been around $275 per month. Supposedly changing to a business account would actually make my bill cheaper per month even with the extra line. They didn’t tell me my account number changed and my auto pay wouldn’t work on the new account, I never received a bill by email or snail mail and suddenly we didn’t have service. I don’t have a land line so took me all day on a friend’s phone to get service restored and now my bill is nearlyb$500 per month. I’m checking into other options after being with AT&T for over 10 years!
