I had the most fantastic and awesome experience with Jose Lagunas at my favorite AT&T store at 10001 Research Blvd, Suite 130 in Austin, Texas 78759 because I had a problem receiving all data, Wifi and internet on my iphone 6. Jose Lagunas immediately asked if he could help me. I explained that I had a new battery from the Apple store, but that I still could not get Wifi or the internet on my phone. He diagnosed my problem pretty quickly, and at first, he thought I needed a new SIM card. My iphone 6 belongs to my son’s nightclub AT&T account, so In order to install a new SIM card, I had to call one of the owners from the nightclub to come in and authorize in person, in the store, the installation of the new SIM card. Jose patiently waited while one of the owners showed up to authorize it on the company account. Then Jose installed the SIM card and the phone still did not work. The phone needed a repair and Jose told me that My son’s nightclub had insurance on my iphone through (Asurion). Jose went on-line and was trying to order me a different phone for my use. He was almost through the process, when the web-site denied the claim. He did not know why, so he called Asurion and spoke to a customer service person. The person asked me many questions and finally authorized a new phone to be sent out to my home via Fedex. I had NOT dropped it or gotten it wet. It was just old, I guess. I tracked my replacement phone and it will arrive today by 8:00pm. One day is all it took to get a replacement. I want to tell AT&T what a great employee they have, Jose Lagunas. He is an expert in what he does for AT&T. He is not only patient, but professional, courteous, knowledgeable and prompt when handling customers. Jose knows all there is to know about iphones and Androids, I noticed. This website doesn’t have enough stars good enough to rate him EXCELLENT. This guy is a keeper and deserves a big raise in pay.

I went in to get help with my Att.net email and Ana helped me. Ana said my password was wrong and she got the managers help Adam Cantu. In my 53 years of living in the United States, I have never been treated so poorly by a manager. He was telling me to push certain buttons and I asked him to slow down. He said “you need to learn how to do this” he said “you need to learn so you don’t have to come into the att store every time you need help” I hope Adam doesn’t treat his mother the way he treated me. He made me feel like I was in kindergarten. Please talk to Adam about the way he treats customers. If Adam gets paid to work for AT&T he should treat customers nicely. Ana was nice and so was David, and Deon. They were so nice to me. I will never come back to that AT&T store if Adam manages that store. When I got in my car, I was so upset that I broke down in tears. He made me feel like a kindergartner.
