I am BEYOND UPSET. I have never been so frustrated by any service that I’ve ever used in my entire life. ATT/ DIRECTV at every turn have tried to con me and get money out of me as much as they can. Specifically DIRECTV. I unknowingly signed up for an ATT service package for 2 years with DIRECTV, which was a BIG mistake. I used the DIRECTV service for 1 month and didn’t like it. I stopped using it and suspended service so that I would not have to pay the insane monthly fee. I have now spent nearly 5 hours of my life on the phone for 2 hours, two different calls trying to get DIRECTV off my bill. I was ASSURED that all charges were gone…. but NO. They LIED and continued to charge me. I then went into the physical store to get it sorted out, I have paid a final fee of $31.16 which was reduced down from the $292.35 that they wanted. I payed the $31.16 and was ensured by the agent at the store that the DIRECTV would come off my bill and I would be done with it.. yet it is STILL on my bill, and now asking for $102.99 for DIRECTV services for the billing period of 5/20. STILL CHARGING ME. This is NOT OKAY.
