It’s quite unfortunate that going into a brick & mortar store in general is like going to the dentist nowadays.I certainly avoid it like the plague, but today… today, I felt like after all of the craziness that the past year has been, I haven’t suffered enough and decided to subject myself to visiting this AT&T store. Trying to add a line to my account online left me with some questions, and I was going to order online and pick up at the store anyways, I decided to kill two birds with one stone.After waiting for over an hour and almost being skipped in line, the person helping me had the most disinterested disposition and apathetic demeanor that it even made me feel pity. I explained why I was in the store.At first, he starts giving me a generic explanation as to how my account would be affected by adding a line. He then thought about it and asked for my number to access me account. It seems like the person was having problems accessing my account, so he fell back in giving me the generic how much more it would cost me. I said that it didn’t look right, because of the plan I was on. It separates the data per user, not sharing one data plan like most plans do.Well, that’s what it’s showing me,” in a yeah-well-I-don’t-get-paid-enough-to-give-a-toss voice. I said I would just call into AT&T and ask them to take a look and make sure the online process was adding a line correctly. After thinking about it I shouldn’t have had to walk out of the store without having been helped just because the person helping me doesn’t like his job.I went back in and asked to speak to another person. Waiting another hour for this I imagine, but it gives me time to write this up.Avoid this place.

N’Dea was incredibly patient and helpful thorough our whole upgrade. She even went above and beyond and found a way for me to save significant money on insuring our phones by grouping them. She was sweet to my elderly mother and very kind during the entire process. The whole staff was professional and caring. This is a very well run location!
