I was prompted to post this by att so here goes. I went in with the intention of opening my own phone plan so my parents can get on a senior plan. I was also told I was eligible for the 3 months free essential worker deal as I’ve been working in a hospital as a therapist being essential and high risk throughout the pandemic. I started my account there and there was some difficulty changing my number so I was understanding and stated that was okay but I needed to notify people ASAP as I work in healthcare and am on call. We changed the number and I notified the entire hospital staff. The store was full of people and the manager had stepped out and couldn’t be reached to assist in saving my number. Due to the pressure of the line I’m assuming and being understaffed the employee missed that I wanted a phone with my new plan… and the phone offers for opening a new line. So in order to do that they said they had to change my phone number again, after sending an email to all my staff I wasn’t okay with this. Then I was told with my trade in I’d have a $700 credit to upgrade my phone. I chose a 599 iPhone 11, I was told the phone was free and the remaining credit would go on to my bill. So now I’ve had 2 new numbers and I’m thinking okay, they then asked me for 180 down payment for the phone. I was under the impression that when i handed in my old phone id receive a credit for $700. They stated it was due to my credit score so I offered to pay cash for the phone seeing as I was coming to terms with the fact that I would not be receiving credit for my phone now. They told me there is no way to pay for the phone in full. I may have bad credit because of student loans but I make enough money to buy the phone and plan outright with no money. The icing on the cake is that I am not eligible for the hospital discount because I am not a nurse or doctor. I’m literally on the same team as nurses and doctors and we work together ‍♀️

Had a very good experience. Jose offered me good promotions on accessories and on my upgrade. He even took the time to make sure everything transferred over and was ready before I left. This is a brand new location and will be back in the future.
