Kaytlin was the kindest employee I have ever met, she was fast and was doing three things at once and made sure every customer in the store was helped no matter how busy she was and I didn’t have to wait half a day like the other store. I am very happy with how she helped me understand my phone plan and helped me get the best price possible. My bill is very much lower now just because she asked if she could do a bill analysis for me, I ended up getting a new phone for my grandson on my account too and it was still lower and I got half off of the phone!
