Fee was very helpful in store today but as soon as I left I noticed quite a few issues with my order. I had to call 2 different customer service agents to get my problem resolved. I think we need better communication when verifying orders in store.

If i could give a -1 I would. We proceeded into the store due to us receiving a damaged brand new phone thru mail. We contact the customer service who routed us to a corporate location a hour away from our home and God forbid we chose to go to this one. We were told to bring the phone into the store to get a exchange due to us traveling this weekend we did not want to reorder to delay shipping. Was told by numerous reps that we could go in here and exchange the device. Got in there and got no help. The young lady lied about a code which once we called back to the customer service line we found that out to be a lie. She said she couldn’t do it and once we contacted management over the phone we was told that wasn’t true either. She then would no longer help and sat down while we were trying to figure out what to do next. No help, no assistance. When it comes to customer service this store lacks it severely and they need to re coach the girl we worked on proper customer service etiquette. Cause this was a poor transaction of it. Once we contacted leadership on the phone they directed us to another ATT store.
