I went in to get a new phone and was greeted by James and straight away he not only help me find the phone that work best for me but was beyond helpful with questions and concerns I had. Yesterday I went to AT&T to get a new phone. I was a customer through sprint but I wanted to get off my exes line and switch over to my parents but I didn’t want to lose my number so I went into the store and I was greeted by Gabby I explained to her what my situation was and that I need to port my phone number from sprint to them and get a new phone so I decided to get an iPhone 12 Pro Max. Gabby was very kind and ready to help. She answered all my questions and set up my phone with great ease she also put my phone case and screen protector on for me. The whole time I was there it was like talking to an old friend. Definitely recommend dealing with Gabby if you are going to this store.
