What a great experience we had at this location !!! Domonique was so helpful with showing us all our options with my prepaid account . Also her co-worker located the phone I really wanted I Cannot thank him enough! The staff their was so knowledgeable and caring they stayed with us until my new phone completed the data transfer and I must say it was after closing time ! I will be sure to go back there for all my at&t needs hands down the best in customer service!!!!

Got completely blindsided and forced to pay nearly $1000 of mystery fees because the sales person we got had no idea what he was doing.Can’t trust the sales people and the customer service is the same.
