Probably the worst sneaker shopping experience I’ve ever had next to extra butter. I won their “raffle” showed up to collect and my pair was magically missing. They even tried to say I wasn’t a winner, then they tried to convince me I was at the wrong location. The whole ordeal took a whole day and two trips to Harlem and they offered me nothing in regards to fixing the situation. All they did was offer me a pair of shoes they were giving away as part of a charity event. They really pressed me to return the shoes as well. They were definitely trying to resell them. The whole vibe in the store is like they could care less about the customer. Like a horrible nightclub with no women and bad service.

Cool store with a few good and/or rare pieces. The store is small therefore you will see almost everything in just a few minutes. Apart from that the staff is kind and helpful, the music is cool, the atmosphere is friendly. I would recommend this place to sneakers addicts who are not looking for specific shoes.

NO LOCALS ONLY raffle?.. ZIP CODES: 10026, 10027, 10030, 10037, and 10039 should get priority. Stores do not appreciate the neighborhoods they serve. The old management was 100x worse. The new rebranded image of Atmos USA is only 50x worse.. You can DO BETTER!!!!!
