They treat you well prior to and during the sale but they fall very, very short on service after you sign the paperwork.• They litterly tried to cheat me out of the spray in bed liner I purchased by saying it wasn’t part of the deal.• They raised my deductible on my warranty without informing me and tried to sneak it by me hoping I wouldn’t notice.• They took a month to pay off my trade in and only did so after I contacted their CEO at theor corporate office in California. (I think they are in financial trouble so be very careful)I highly suggest you just save yourself a whole lot of hassle and just buy elswhere because they can’t/wont pay off your trade-in.
