I wish it could go lower. In the store very helpful but delivery and after the sale awful. We ordered outdoor furniture March 28th. They delivered the couch and it was damaged. They delivered the chairs and again damaged. Same type of marks. So either they are damaged in transit or no one cares. We sent then back and if course you are out back on the list to wait. We are now told don’t expect anything until July 9th. So much for the holiday. They also do not give you the courtesy of a call. We have had to call each time to check. The STORE DOES NOT CARE. Do yourself a favor and stay clear.

I haven’t received my couch and loveseat yet so I can’t rate my delivery experience at this time. However, my instore shopping experience was great! Tiana, my sales representative, was excellent. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful.
