Family member needed oxygen delivery in the Sacramento area. Delivery was scheduled between 530pm and 830 pm. Never arrived. Driver said no one answered our gate. I have security cameras. No one parked in front of or approached our house.Fast forward 2 days later.Patient moved to Antioch household. We call ahead and arrange for oxygen to be delivered. Apria arranges for delivery at 2:30pm. We leave Sacramento area and arrive in Antioch at 1pm.At 330 we call Apria and are informed due to their lack of drivers our delivery will be changed to 530p-730pm. At 645pm we called to verify delivery. Office is closed. We call after hours. They say the delivery will be between 630pm and 930pm.Keep in mind the patient has no oxygen and Apria was informed of this during the initial call.We were told driver would call us. At 7pm we get a call saying delivery will occur in 15 minutes. We are asked if the patient has oxygen. He hasn’t had anything since 1pm.Probably a lawsuit. Luckily no one died today.

A hospital bed was supposed to be delivered yesterday on Thursday for my mom’s release on Saturday we had called numerous times to find out the estimated delivery time at about 10 o’clock we called again and was assured the driver was on his way so I waited up till midnight and the driver never showed up. I contacted apparently this morning they stayed to me and counted off that the driver had Stopped 10 deliveries stating he was unable to make contact with the person or by phone. I was assured this morning Friday morning that the bed would be delivered by 10 o’clock within 2 hours as I had to go out of town on business At 9 o’clock the truck pulls up real slow in front of the house goes by turns around comes back real slow and parks in front of the neighbour’s house before I can get out there the driver drove away.. I called April again and was transferred to Kaiser Kaiser had no knowledge that I or anybody else had called and complained.. Kaiser said that they would look into it and the hospital bed would be delivered by the end of the day. I explained to the receptionist that I own a business I had to be out of town 1st thing this morning on business related matters and your drivers are cancelling deliveries for no reason. She said she would look into it still there is no set delivery time. So now I have to cancel and reschedule my business dealings because of apria. But this is not the only time this has happened it’s happened for when the shower chair was delivered and the wheelchair did not get delivered for when they said it did 2 days later it finally got delivered. They were supposed to take the old one that broke driver stated he was not gonna take it apprehend me later where is the broken wheelchair well your driver didn’t want it Is. This is the kind of bs that you get from apria Medical home delivery. When people and patients are in need it should be a priority. These are sick and needy people these deliveries should not be cancelled by the drivers a full investigation investigation and oversight should be conducted It’s about the delivery service in the Sacramento area and I see I’m not the only one who is having problems these problems have been going on for months by the dates posted by other people You think something would have been done by now

I had private insurance then went onto Medicare. Could not get service.on oxygen equipment for almost a year then I received a letter dismissing me from care. I called Apria and the explanation was that Medicare had not paid them. I called Medicare to file a complaint about this. Medicare investigated my complaint and explained that they had NEVER been billed by Apria! Why the lies? Why abandon a patient? Zero stars should be a choice
