I LOVE Apple Store . I only had to wait 10 minutes to GET an item WHEN I came back the guy remember me & told me to go. Then I had Cory helped me with an item. He was helpful & nice to me . I will b see Apple again soon.

They are not considerate! The lady in the entrance i asked for help for an item ordered online wondering if we can pick it up on an earlier time since i’m here already which we drove 45mins time from my place but no help. Explained that i cannot do the afternoon pick up since there is an urgent matter i need to attend to.

The online web site says “Shop by walking in, reserving a one on one shopping experience with a specialist, or shop online. I tried walking in at 6:30pm when they close at 9 pm and was told, “We don’t have any more appointments tonight.” I don’t call that being able to “walk in.” I REALLY hope Apple discontinues this BS appointment policy of theirs when the pandemic ends. Decided to try to make a one on one appointment with a shopping specialist. Today is Monday. I won’t be free to go to the Apple store until Friday afternoon. I try to make an appointment but they web site only offers appointments up to three days in advance, so I have to wait until Wednesday to MAKE a stink’in appointment for Friday. Going to the Apple store is worse than trying to go to the DMV.
