First of all I’m not a fan of Apple anything. I went to the store to purchase my son a new IPhone and was greeted with a very helpful and intelligent man named Eli. He answered my barrage of questions and concerns without missing a beat. Definitely felt like a wanted customer and the customer service he provided was far more than I expected. Five star experience and two thumbs up from me!

I have been in probably 7 or 8 times over the last 2 1/2 years. Services is prompt, On hand stock is good, genius bar underwhelming a couple of times. But overall an excellent retailer particularly when compared to other brands. Management really understands customer service.
