Awesome experience adriana from registration good the securitys there are not that nice from registering a little bad attitude from triage awesome doctor from ER nice they treated my husband good a couple nurses back there in ER not that nice I am giving a five star still because they take people with no insurance and I called and they were polite one thing who ever is in charge have to get all nurses and security to be friendly they wanted to work in this hospital they should show they like there work people that come here please be patient you would get you’re turn but I did saw some nurses talking and not doing you’re job that’s so sad I saw some just walking and talking but other than that thanks for treating my husband well I appreciate it god blessed everyone that works here and keep doing a wonderful job

Very hard working Nurses and Nurse Technicians. I was in 5-Tower for 30 days, they became my family. Everyone from Housekeeping, Dietary Services, Nurses, Doctors, Nurse Technicians and Case Management were involved in the care of myself. I had a ball with them as laughing was my therapy . I hated to transition to Rehabilitation Center because of the bond I had formed. Dr Kermani , you are first class and thank you for sitting in my room with your coffee and taking the time to explain everything to me. You need to teach a much needed refresher course in BEDSIDE MANNER!You have that and more!Thanks again,Holly Ralph
