I walked in and knew of a couple things I was looking for and went to the appropriate aisles, I had previously looked online to make sure the items needed were in stock. Upon not seeing one of the items I went to the front desk to ask the staff member. When I said hey how are you today? He stared at me blankly but ok whatever, I tell him what I need and he continues to stare at me. Finally I say I looked online and it said you had multiple in stock. He goes aisle 19 on the right. This item was NOT located in that aisle I looked high and low. Finally an older lady who did not work there but was another customer came to find me and said I see they have what you needed right by the front counter. She was right, they were literally in front of the staff member who helped me. He didn’t acknowledge this is any way. Then he starts to ring me out and gives me my total, so I nicely asked if I could put in my phone number to go towards my rewards. He acted like it was the end of the world and at the end of the day I’m not sure that he even put in my information. So rude, I’d try the half hour further out of my way just to not have to go back to this particular Ace Hardware, which is a shame because I’d like to support smaller local businesses instead of going to Home Depot all the time.

After gong to 2 big box stores and 2 other places I finally found the WD40 silicone spray I need for our camping. Not sure why no one else had this stuff. Maybe it’s due to the hacked pipe line. I don’t think so LOL!
