Placed my order on May 7. Because the company’s website says in multiple places (including on the item I ordered) that they ship in three business days, I expected to have my products sometime the following week or even early the week after that. My items did not ship until May 21. When I approached customer service twice to find out what the delay was, I was first given vague reassurances by Jim and then was finally told my credit card couldn’t be processed. At no time did Amsterdam Printing reach out to me to tell me there was a problem with the card – no voicemails, no emails. My items arrived fine on May 24 and I got what I expected except for slack customer service and a product that arrived weeks after it was expected.
