From walking to pick up my glasses I felt an awkward vibe. I was looking to purchase a second set of glasses and cleaner for my glasses but was being forced to buy the spray first. I explained I still wanted to buy more accessories for them. I couldn’t leave the spray at the counter and pay first was what they responded again. Seems insignificant and not a huge problem but definitely did not feel welcome from my initial visit same experience with the exception of one of the specialist who rang me up the first time and took her time and I mean she really took her time with me and she had patience like no other. She definitely is 5 + stars.

I wasn’t aware I could have cute prescription glasses that I honestly liked until I met Marla. Sho helped me find prescription glasses that I love.I always had gone to costco and from the difference in customer service I now wear my glasses daily unlike my prior pair. Marla literally didn’t stop until I was excited about my purchase. To anyone who thinks prescription glasses can’t compliment your appearance (like me prior to my experience) find Marla and you’ll be set!
