Awesome first time experience! We had an appointment for tire replacement and as soon as we there, the associates assisted us immediately! Explained what needed to be done while being friendly. Waited only an hour. I definitely recommend this place. 2 thumbs up!

I was surprised that Tony still remember me after a year and a half when I came back for my second tire replacement. This time he gave me great reminder on free rotation services which I had had no idea that I could have it for free ’cause it typically included in my new tires replacement. And because I did not know that tires need to be rotated every 5000miles, my front tires went out quickly after 20,000miles. I’ve learned a good lesson , lol.[2nd review] I am quite disappointed today when I realized the dishonesty of the guy assisted me this afternoon, I think he is the store manager. Long story short, I brought my 2nd car in for checking and the guy (not Tony) he said the issue coming from the struts and it need to be replaced, the 2 struts for the front tires, he gave me the first estimated cost is around $700, not to mention the two tires are about $300. Okay, total for today cost is $1000 which is too much for me. I said I cant afford it, then he dropped the price to $800 and kept asking me how much I can do so he can help. Apparently, $800 is not a small amount and I don’t know how much it should be considered reasonable and fair to both me and him. I didn’t feel comfortable and I decided to try another store. I visited two auto body shops and they helped me to check my car, both shops said the same thing, the issue is NOT COMING FROM THE STRUTS. All I needed is to replace the front tires which are the only issue I have currently. Oh wow, I was surprised and shock. Eventually I saved myself $700 from replacing the struts which are not supposed to be replaced. WOW, I am totally shock ☹️. I downgrade my review rating from 5 stars to 3 stars for this store because I still like Tony who seems honest, otherwise today service worth 1 star .

Fast and efficient! Was quoted a price and was kept at that. Very stand up business. I was able to make an appointment for the next day and the job was completed quicker than quoted. Amazing!!
