We’re a locally owned store that specializes in pool equipment and supplies. You’ll only find top quality chemicals on our shelves and a wide variety of parts from many brands. Additionally, we have a large selection of used parts! However, if we don’t have it on our shelves, we can probably order it. We have 2 locations in Walworth and Webster with staff who can help you with maintenance and any problems that may arise. We use the latest technology to test your water to determine your pool’s chemistry, and water tests are FREE! We have pump repair and maintenance services available at both location. Of course, if you prefer, call our service team at the Walworth location, and we’ll go to you! So stop in sometime! We’d love to see you!

I went here today and the experience was great! The manager got me exactly what I needed, explained everything perfectly and even gave me an instruction sheet to follow. He was very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend!

Terrible service. I called to set up a service appointment, and the response was, I’ll see what I can do. I called back a day later for when the appointment would be, and the response was, I have to see with the service team. I call back again two days later asking the same question, and the latest response was, I have to talk with the service team, they are off today. I will give you a call back. To no surprise, no call came. So I opted to look elsewhere/fix problem myself since no help was coming from American Pool Supply. If only that was the end of it….Randomly, they show up several days later at my door unannounced, saying saying they’re here to take my pool pump (which wasn’t even the service I wanted), and I told them I didn’t need the service because I was never told there was any service to begin with. The man, which I believe is the owner, passive-aggressively responded and walked away.All of this on top of my wife calling to have them clean the pool a month ago and she has yet to get a call back, ironically.
