This museum is small but packs a lot of interesting exhibits and information in. The gift shop it’s also very worthwhile. Definitely worth a visit.

The staff is helpful, friendly and knowledgeable regarding the museum and surrounding area. I really enjoyed learning about the Alutiiq people, viewing the large grey whale skeleton and the contemporary painting of a Kodiak bear.
