Alpaca International of Annapolis has become one of my favoriate shops. The men’s line is not extremely large, however. there is a great assortment of beautiful women clothing. Zia, Margie and Pat have offered a friendly enviornment, product knowledge and good customer service. All the best to them and to previous staff members. James

Stopped by here while on a cruise and the employees were very polite and informative about their alpaca products. Not a store I would regularly shop at due to the exuberant prices, but still very high quality coats, hats, and scarves.

I visited the Juneau shop during a cruise stop. I didn’t purchase the black knee length shawl sweater to my regret; upon return to Seattle my call to owner, Zia, she miraculously researched, found it, and sent it. She even gave me the discount from that day! Superb customer service. Will return again to this store since we cruise Alaska frequently to visit family.
