My first two weeks of ownership have been amazing. I started this process at Allen Samuels a few months back special ordering a vehicle. Top to bottom, the team was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating all the way to delivery and beyond. Trey Bow Tie McDade was very knowledgeable and quick to answer all of my questions. If you need a new car, go see these guys — you will not be disappointed!

My heroes! If I won the lottery, I wouldn’t be any happier than I am that my recent car search brought me to this website. I had been looking for an SUV for months. I knew what kind of vehicle I wanted and needed, knew what I was willing to and should pay, and knew what I would accept and what was a fair trade-in for my car. But I was often disappointed and frustrated with the treatment I had received online with other dealerships. All of the dealerships I contacted advertised that they had buy online programs, but I soon discovered that when I told them that I wanted to do so, many salespeople immediately lost interest. Texts would stop suddenly, I was told the car was sold (even though it was still online days later), I was given incorrect information about how much a certain car could tow, and offered almost offensive trade in allowances.I have never understood why buying a car has to be so difficult, but knowing that I was headed for what I was sure would be a beating, I researched, read, studied, and did my homework in preparation. I read all the articles that give advice about what you should and shouldn’t do, or should say or shouldn’t say, when buying a car. I was loaded for bear-armed and ready to play the game, and because I had that knowledge, I knew those other dealerships were not dealing with me fairly and respectfully.And then I came across a listing at Allen Samuels, and Morgan and Spring entered my online world. My goodness. They made the process so easy and simple, were so straightforward, respectful, and trustworthy, that I took down my defenses and put my purchase completely in their hands.From the very first text we exchanged, I felt that if there was anything they could do to help me find what I wanted, then by golly, they were going to do it. I was an older woman, with very little car buying experience, attempting this purchase alone, and it felt like they were helping me the way they would help their moms. Everything I had prepared, all my ammunition, was never needed. This car buying experience was not going to be the beating I was expecting. I could be straightforward and honest with them, and I never once felt like I needed to play the game or worried that they would take advantage of me or that they were more concerned about their quotas than they were about what I needed. What a completely different experience from what I had previously encountered! Needless to say, I bought the car from them, am confident that I got a great deal, and will unequivocally recommend them to any and all. My car purchase became a simple business transaction-the way it should be. And to top it all off, I didn’t even have to ask, they just told me to let them know when they should have the car brought to me in Arlington. What?! Who offers customer service like that? I have found very few places that consider the customer’s needs to that extent.Morgan and Spring were so friendly, honest, helpful, and accommodating that I feel like I now have two new friends. In fact, I’m going to be the maid of honor at one’s wedding and a godmother to the children of the other. No. I’m not. Just a bit of hyperbole to illustrate my high opinion of them. The rest of this review is absolutely truthful. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had! My greatest and most appreciative thanks to those two wonderful women.I’d also like to thank LB who delivered my car and paperwork. A very nice young man who sacrificed time with his family to drive from Waco to Arlington and back again, so I didn’t have to. Thanks to you, too, LB.

The service here was awesome as always. Collin in the service department took care of me and was very professional. Get this man a raise or free food at the least. I was treated as a customer and not as a number. When you got to get your car worked on. Ask for Collin to set up you right.
