Unless you live in Collin County, doesn’t really make sense to come here over some of the best malls in the closer Dallas area. However, it’s nice and clean, relatively new, and has a decent selection. Only issue is that parking is limited and you have to go across the street for overflow. Also it’s getting very crowded and the line at the entrance lane can sometimes take up to 10-15 minutes for it to be your turn.

With some instances where I was getting 70% off retail for some high end products.Good inventory and trending

The best thing about this place is ample space and a good design of organization of shops. What’s even better is the huge discounts almost every store provides. We like the fact that there’s always a lot of parking, areas to walk around, eateries and vending machines. The restrooms are well-maintained too.The other thing I like here is happy and jolly people around. Most, if not all are cheerfully shopping 🙂 that definitely lifts the mood up from the word ‘go’. Our daughter loves the car-carts to ride around while I push. Most of the stores are spacious enough to get her inside and give her a tour while my wife’s busy doing the ‘real thing’.It’s also quite near to our place, so doesn’t take much of a planning to visit. Not much of a traffic in the road. People are nice and helpful.
