I had an order for a pallet of 6mil drum liners and 4mil drum liners on order for a month. (11-17-20 to 12/16/20) When I called to check on my order they told me they were recently bought out by Napco and our account was deactivated so we could not order. I spoke with a supervisor and was assured we could place our order and that our account was mistakenly deactivated due to the new company. I called multiple times and was told the order was not ready for pick up and they would call when it was. The last time I called I spoke with Abigail and she told me the same thing as before but this time I asked when they would be ready since we pick up our orders. She told me the shipping and receiving lady would check and they would call me back in 2 hours, never called back so I called her and told her to cancel my order and she acted like she could care less about losing business. Thankfully I had another vendor that sells them for cheaper and they had in stock. Apparently Akrotex doesn’t need repeat business so they lost mine for good.

Horrible place. Waited over 4 hrs to be loaded. The load was the whole time in front of bay doors. Went and asked why taking so long if something was wrong with load. I let them know I had called broker and had taken plenty pics of bay area. All of a sudden I am being loaded. Took less than 15 minutes afterwards to be loaded .
