Stephen Perez serviced my AC today……he has been to my home before over the 15 years I have been doing business with Air Masters……he is truly a nice person who knows his profession…..he is honest and straight forward and provides outstanding customer service….he was able to fix the issue within 30 minutes or so and took a few minutes to play with my pup!! He knows his business…..would recommend Air Masters & Stephen to anyone looking for honesty and great service!!

In February, their phones weren’t working (during the freeze) , so I tried the email service request, on a weekend. Roddy was on call, responding quickly and had us fixed up and hearing real fast! Even when their phone systems and answering service weren’t working, I got a quick response! I highly recommend them! Very accommodating with appointments and emergencies. Very fair. Always polite. Always tidy.

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness, Value Stephen Perez was the technician who came out to perform maintenance on my unit. I am new to the home and he was informative, professional and quick (but not hurried). I appreciate him setting up my controls and teaching me about the unit. I will definitely will use them again!
