It is tempting to think about how much money we can save by bypassing local stores to shop directly online for computers. Don’t make that mistake right now! With covid and a chip shortage the supply chain with online buying is an absolute mess. I purchased a laptop, 3 monitors and a docking station from Advanced Concepts in the last 6 months and while they too struggle with delays and inventory, they caught issues and made them right while delivering exactly what I needed.My only honest criticism is that the owner is extremely busy all the time and appears to struggle with delegating to staff. Consider working with staff members if your project is time sensitive.Big box stores and online experiences will absolutely disappoint you with the current supply chain problems and the savings are simply not worth the headaches and delays. I had to file fraud charges against Newegg just to get my money back. Save yourself the headache and buy from Advanced Concepts.

I’ve been doing business with Advanced Concepts for several years. Time and again they have been there when I needed help. Several years ago, I had them build a brand new computer for me and I have not had one problem with my new unit. These people know what they are doing when it comes to computers.
