Pretty much my go to for in person shopping and sales for gear. Always friendly people, always easy to get help and everything is here. Everything, every, thing.

Adorama sold me a gray market/recertified Dell display without any indication that the product was gray market. It shipped in a generic cardboard box with out any sort of manufacturer packaging. The display has a small line of dead pixels, and when I went to go register it with Dell for warranty service, Dell said the serial numbers were invalid and it has no warranty via Dell. I addressed this with Adorama, and they told me that the item in fact has a 1 year warranty, provided by a third party, despite Adorama’s website showing that the display is sold with a 3 year warranty from Dell.Adorama is allowing me to return the display for a refund, but imagine if I had kept it, and needed warranty service more than a year in, I’d be screwed. Both Dell and Adorama would’ve told me to take a hike. Shady business practice, maybe even fraudulent. I’ve spent close to $8000 here in the past 3 years building up my business. Not a penny more after this.

I ordered an item from the company on Amazon in April 2020 and the tracking number showed it was delivered but I never received it. I provided receipt proof to the company that I was not home at the time of delivery and I could not have been home for the UPS delivery driver to check my ID or get my signature. Despite the proof and verification I sent to the company, they did not believe me. I opened a Lost Package Claim with UPS and they have finalized their investigation that the package was indeed lost and a claim was issued. I emailed their customer service on May 19 to tell them the claim was approved yet on their reply, they said it was denied! How is that possible!??! I even provided a screenshot and they said it was denied! All I’ve been asking if for a refund and they won’t give it to me, even though I provided proof from UPS that the package was lost and the claim was approved. I’ve called their customer service number 13 times this week and was told their claims rep will call back. I’ve asked for supervisors to call me back and they never do. Do not do business with them. If you have any issues with an order, they’d rather not deal with you and keep your money.Look at the attached images and you will see my call history with their company. They even told me to call back by 4pm but by that time, they’re already closed. They do not want to deal with customers. As of today, I have filed complaints to the Better Business Bureau, NY Attorney General’s Office, City of New York Department of Customer Affairs, as well as New York State Department of StateDivision of Consumer Protection. This process has been ridiculous and I hope these complaints speed up their process and actually follow through on their words.
