Adam’s Polishes are such great quality. They have awesome customer service! How much better can it get? Be sure to check their store out, they have a lot of products on hand, clean minimalistic store which makes it easy to look/shop for items. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable! The staff working the Grand Opening were friendly and helpful. Got to meet the legend himself!

Good luck getting ahold of the Anaheim Store because when you call the horrible phone system they have and finally get transferred it will just ring and then hang up on you. I ordered a 15mm polisher and 5 day’s later they finally ship it out and then wait another 3 to 10 day’s to receive it. If I could have got someone on the phone I could have went and picked it up myself and yes in those 5 day’s of me checking to see if they had shipped my item out I tried calling to get a hold of the Anaheim Store so I could just cancel the shipping and go pick it up myself but couldn’t get anyone from Anaheim to pick up so now I just have to wait for it to arrive. The only way I will ever buy their product again is if I go into the Anaheim Store myself but I refuse to order from them again and why they have on their site free 3 day shipping is a joke they really need to remove that. I mean 5 day’s to finally create the shipping label and have the shipper pick it up to ship is ridiculous.
