I was exceptionally delighted with my experience with Acacia (San Francisco). I had been tracking down certain hand-made mugs by Slow Studio and I learned that Acacia carried them. I ordered a dozen mugs to be shipped across country. They arrived within a few days and were extremely well packed (and the shipping cost was VERY reasonable!). Their customer service via email was terrific — both before the purchase and after when I had questions about the care of these special mugs. Now I have twelve beautiful hand-made mugs in my cupboard; they each have a special personality and I love them so much. Thank you, Acacia!
