I am a would be RAC customer and did not like the way I was treated or the lack of customer service I got. I was completely turned off by the whole rent-to-own thing until Aaron’s. Everyone at Aaron’s, in EVERY department has shown outstanding customer service skills. I have never felt like I mattered much as a consumer or buyer until I went to Aaron’s. The staff is attentive, honest, and the process is completely easy. You don’t have to go in every month to make a payment and if you call they will work with you to adjust your date of payments. I am now a big fan of Aaron’s and will NEVER go anywhere else. They are so good I am about to finance a big speaker party box.! Thank you so much Aaron’s!

I am very satisfied with the way Ms Uvia treated me at Aaron’s she is a wonderful, welcoming, easy to talk to and always doing her best to accommodate customers with what they need as for the staff great people very friendly tend to feel comfortable with the staff, wonderful people. I highly recommend people to do business with Ms Uvia she is an understanding and going over and beyond to assist customers. I will always recommend Aaron’s to family and friends. Ms. Uvia is a wonderful god sent lady she is always greeting people with a smile inside and out. Always quick to look into what her customers request, looking for. She made me feel so comfortable Now Mr. Scott the manager is a very rude person. For being manager I felt so uncomfortable talking to him concerning an issue on my tv. He is in a wrong kind of job. He to me is misrepresenting Aaron’s. If it wasn’t for Ms Uvia I would of taken my business elsewhere. Thank you Aaron’s for having her and the staff there to welcome us customers with a way that gets you to trust and believe your items are delivered on time and one is treated as family. People trust Aaron’s on being there for you.
