We just had an experience with a royal suite where the Santa Clarita location over sold our dining set that was already paid for and when we came to pick up it’s no longer available. We purchased a the set in April we let them know that we were in escrow we said it one hundred times we are not ready for delivery but can we pay for it and pick up when we are ready.. they said yes of course all they wanted was the sale. We asked for it to be transferred over to the Palmdale location for easier pick up… they said “yes yes yes anything for you” ok so I pay and when we were ready pick up in Palmdale it’s not there!! They never sent it to Palmdale and they oversold it!!! Buuuuuut Victor Mariscal and his crew in the warehouse really came through for us. He got us another set and he made sure that we as his customers were more than extremely satisfied. Thank you Victor for going out of your way for us we will definitely be back to the Palmdale location soon but will never go back to Santa Clarita location EVER!!

These furniture are honestly extremely cute and can work inside any type of house. They have a wide selection of different types of furinatures which will have something for everyone. Their prices are cheap enough that allow anyone to have a chance to buy what they need here. If you need some furniture for whatever (your house backyard front yard) this place will have it. So do come by if you need anything such as that.

I would advise everyone in Lancaster not to shop at this store. Total not business like unprofessional and does not know how to run a business. Manager Victor does not have answers when it comes to handling matters. Again do not shop there u won’t be happy with your results.I would also not recommend this store or any of there stores to anyone. Ashley furniture would be the better choice. Again ! Do not shop at this place or you will be consulting with a lawyer. Customers beware stay away. There only out to make a quick buck. !!!!!!!
