I brought my laptop in for a simple cleaning of the software and hard drive as I was having issues gaining access to the internet. The laptop was fine then all of a sudden in their shop it was running hot and they said it needed a new motherboard and they pulled apart which I gave them $40 to look at it, I told them to put it back to together after they took it apart without asking me first. I got my laptop back with no Windows, No Microsoft, No operating system whatsoever. Now I have no computer.
