Worst customer service most expensive mailbox provider I’m just stuck because a lot of my mail already comes here. I’m handicapped with a service animal I’m wearing a prescribed mouth shield not a face shield and she denied me entry. Three masks and a shield and curled up in a corner afraid of the Covid.

+ DO NOT USE THIS STORE FOR PARCEL DROP OFF +The manager is patronizing, rude and ill-informed.She refused to accept my parcels (for collection by USPS). The parcels were correctly wrapped and pre-paid.She said that USPS will not accept the parcels if their main parcel container is full. I have seen their main parcel container piled up (overflowing into smaller boxes) on several occasions.She told me to walk to Wilcox USPS and drop them off there. Wilcox is nearly a mile away. It’s nearly 90F….nope.I asked a USPS driver about this, and he said they ALWAYS collect from her, no-matter how full their container is.I recommend dropping off shipping somewhere else…and buy your shipping supplies elsewhere.
