I was buying out my leased Ford Mustang and this was the last stop after contacting Ford. I had been to three other dealerships in the area and the experience wasn’t so great. One of the dealerships openly told me that they can’t sell a leased car because they do not make money on it. The other two were very shady when it came to questions.However, things were different at Ford Ventura, they reached out to me and helped me schedule an appointment. The process was quick, clear and very comfortable. I rated 4 starts and not 5 because I still don’t agree that I will have to have a ford credit inquiry on my account although I have a pre-approved loan.Special thanks to Tony from finance and Tim from sales. They were open about the process and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this dealership if you live in the area.

Love, love, love Ford of Ventura!! Having said that….Ford of Ventura–would not be as fabulous as it is… without Mr. Robert Savala!! I met Mr. Savala in 2016 and purchased a Chevy Corvette from him at Paradise Chevrolet. It was only natural, I would call him directly when needing a F-350 to pull our 5th Wheel Heartland Cyclone and that I would ask his advice! All these years, I have been nothing but a Heartbeat of America Chevy girl!!! Now, we have our fabulous F350-Super Duty Powerstroke that will pull our 44ft.-5th wheel with ease!!!!! Thank you! Thank you Mr. Savala!!!

Terrible Service Department – Didn’t have parts for scheduled safety recall service. This was the second time I’ve made an appointment for work to be done on a safety recall from Ford. When I scheduled the appointment they said they had the parts to fix issue. They even confirmed the appointment but didn’t have the parts to do the work the day I arrived. I was told if they did a test on my brakes and it failed, the car would be inoperable, and they have no estimated date when the parts will be available. What’s more frustrating is when I called and asked about getting my vehicle inspected for any required maintenance I was told it would be done free of charge. The morning I arrived I asked about the inspection and was told it would be done free of charge, but before I left they billed me for the inspection. I argued the point and they took it off the bill, but this tells me they are not honest in this service department, and someone else might have paid them for work they said twice that they would do for free.
