I walked in today hoping to have been helped by one of the team members in the store but instead I was welcomed very rudely. I wasn’t offered to sit and the team member was not trying to answer any of the questions. All her responses were for me to contact AT&T through the phone. She didn’t even let me explain my self fully before she rudely cut me off and said “this type of AT&T store can’t help you”. She was just trying to get rid of me as soon as possible. I felt really insulted as she continued to be rude and loud. At the very end I walked out very upset and more confused than before… she gave me a phone number and told me to figure it out. Worse customer service I have ever received. I’m now double guessing my choice of switching over from Verizon. AT&T has given me such a hard time since switching. Even contacting though phone is a hassle and with everything going on in the world I’d hope they’d be a little nicer.

There was no wait, that was a pleasant surprise! The associate was friendly and very knowledgeable. She transferred all my data to my new phone. And told me about specials and options. Best AT&T store I’ve ever been in!
