6 hours for a tire change and I had an appointment. I ended up having to eat lunch in the area. Not acceptable. If you don’t have the manpower or space don’t book the appointment at that time. I was told the tire truck arrives at 11am and that time would be best for scheduling. So I arrived promptly at 10:55. I ended up leaving at 5pm. Also the TPS which I had to buy new was not working. I ended up going to another shop who synced the new TPS and had me on the road in 30 min, NO Charge! To top it all off my wife was at home with the toddler allday! It was Saturday and she had plans so That caused all kinds of stress at the home. I was told the day before it will take an hour.
