If the hours posted are for seniors only. That information should be CLEARLY posted online and on the front door. Neither was done. I travelled several miles with over 100 lbs of equipment to be shipped only to be chased out of the store because I am not 60. Dont waste my time, FEDEX and communicate better. My company will take its shipping needs elsewhere.

They charge $1.99 a page for a local fax. That is insane when you are applying for government help and have to submit 31 pages. I could’ve bought a fax machine for less money, but needed to submit the paperwork. I will never shop there again, or use FedEx for any of my shipping needs. You should feel ashamed of yourselves.

TALK ABOUT UNPROFESSIONAL THEY UNHUNG UP ON ME THE YOUNG LADY WHO WAS WORKING on Tuesday 1/12/2021 around 2pm Management please better train her on how to deescalate a situation instead of making it worse and pointing the finger at the customer.. I’m on the phone with corporate and sending a email out to the CEO.. this is insane and unprofessional to do.. please do more team building exercises its much needed..
