We originally went to a Jeep dealership which was closer to home but we didn’t get any home cooking.This opened an opportunity to go to Beford Jeep and worked with Mike. Within 2 hours I was able to negotiate successfully the Jeep my wife and I wanted. They want over and beyond our expectations. I called the service department on a Saturday afternoon around noon, and was able to get in by 1:00 pm to have my car looked at. The team was efficient, and took the time to ensure that all issues with my car were resolved in a timely manner. The customer service team was exceptional and I was so pleased with how polite and personable they were. Not only were they able to resolve all issues quickly, I was also given a voucher for a free car wash!I would highly recommend bringing your vehicle to Bedford Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. He made the process very easy and understandable and did everything he could to ensure I was getting the best price possible on my monthly payments.
