My experience with this store has been the best out of all stores I been to for services or devices.I was greeted by everyone as soon as I walked in and they helped me save for my phone and and my cable bill for better options and way cheaper prices. The person helping was Drew and let me tell you this guy is the best. He showed me everything personally how it works and the differences. Really recommend this store and the employee.

I want to thank Ruby and Juan for an amazing job resolving my issue with my billing. This store and the staff here go the extra mile to take care of you no matter what the situation is!! ****THIS IS MY STORY OF THE PAST MONTHI recently needed to reach out to customer service to discuss the disastrous condition out of my account I’v once again. I was transferred to business mobility, loyalty department, and customer care department. I was hung up on numerous times. I was placed on hold for 1 to 2 hours at a time. When I did not receive the level of customer service that I required I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was repeatedly told that no one was available to speak to me. Afraid that my service may be uninterrupted due to the amount of my bill I want to my local AT&T store to seek assistance from a manager there. It was at that time that I had the good fortune of meeting Juan and Ruby at the Ontario store. They both we’re able to review my account explain inconsistencies and correct errors. I am completely satisfied with the condition my account and the customer service that I received from the managers and the store in Ontario. However, customer service is seriously lacking. As a customer I feel it would improve your customer service if phone representatives were trained better.
