Very Poor service today. I waited in line then a sales associate took my name and number. A message came through text that my wait would be 39 minutes and a text would be sent when I would be the next customer to be called. I went outside and sat with my 82 year old mom for 30 minutes then went in and waited ten minutes seeing people being helped that weren’t checked in. I let someone know I had now been waiting over 40 minutes. Associate Michael came to my aid and sympathized. I’m very dissatisfied with the other associates not following protocol.

This store used to be my favorite one but I am sure if is because now they are with T-mobile their service has changed. They are so careless. I called yesterday regarding a pre-order phone and they said to call back today. I called back today and they said to call back in an hour because they wore expecting a shipment. I waited 2 hours to called them back so that they had enough time. I call and they said that they don’t receive shipments on the Weekends. To call back on Monday. So disappointed.

We went in for 2 phones lines on a basic unlimited plan. After leaving and being billed we found out that 5 lines were being charged, 3 of them to fake phones and it was unlimited plus. After extensively dealing with customer service and sprint fraud we found out we were essentially screwed out of our money because we didn’t notice soon enough. Apparently padding their sales is more important than actually helping a customer. I would recommend choosing another provider, I will definitely switch once contracts are up to avoid shady business practices.
