Positive: Professionalism Had a suspension lift done on my JL. Joe recommended the package based on my anticipated use. Even though the parts didn’t arrive in time due to COVID they took the jeep and delivered an upgraded package. The ride is much better than stock.

The employees of this relatively new business were very helpful. Even when their distributor initially sent parts different from what was ordered. It ended up taking about twice as long to get the correct parts, but I never got the feeling that they hadn’t done everything they could to get me the right parts as soon as was possible. Their prices were a bit higher than what I see online, but that’s to be expected with any brick and mortar business starting out amid all the covid panic and uncertainty. Overall, i plan on shopping there in the future in spite of the somewhat limited initial selection of in stock items 🙂

These guys are great. Had an issue with my steps that they installed and luckily they had the part there to swap it out to fix the issue. I will use them again on my next truck and I would refer them to anyone
