DO NOT deal with deliveries from here, especially on a holiday. They did not correctly deliver my Mother’s Day order. I was nice about it and said 2 days later would be fine, even saying they could use a generic mug other than the one I ordered (which I don’t understand because they should have had the correct mug when they attempted their first delivery). Then they were super unaccommodating upon delivery time, saying the window was 10-8 and nothing less. When my mom finally go her order two days later, it was WRONG. They gave her a basic fruit bouquet, no chocolate covered like I paid for. a Box of chocolates was completely missing, the wrong balloon, and the cookie display was super poor. I paid $85 for an EA order that I could have paid less than$40 for in a store. I would have NEVER ordered EA if not for chocolate covered fruit, and my mother didn’t even get these! Unacceptable. Seeking a refund but I’ve been told they usually don’t. I dealt with two branches in CT a week prior and both were easy and great! This location is HORRIBLE. I posted pictures of the bouquet I ordered vs. what I got, and the cookie display.

I always tell my partner that while real flowers are pretty, I hate that they eventually die. This time he got me an edible arrangement and it was great! It was so big we both ended up sharing it and I got to enjoy my favorite fruits, strawberries and Pineapple. I was impressed with how well put together it was and how fresh the fruit was. I also didn’t know about all of the other offerings until now. We’ll be ordering again as it’s a nice change of pace to put a smile on someone’s face.
