Found your website from a friend of a friend that recommended you. The watch that I purchased was not exactly what I was looking for, but after viewing it, really liked it. I cannot express how rewarding and enjoyable it was to deal with someone that is straight forward, honest while being prompt with the handling as you have been. The watch was EXACTLY as described and exceeded expectations. Highly recommend, commend and would do business with again with zero hesitation.

I wasn’t sure if the good reviews were fake, or if the bad reviews were haters. Or of those who said BHWC has a bad reputation were just jealous competitors. I decided to give them benefit of the doubt.Big mistake. Literally the poorest and also rudest customer service I’ve experienced in my time as a collector. You don’t want to buy a jelly donut from here, let alone an expensive timepiece that may need servicing. Go to Patek around the corner, or if you are shopping online, you’re wasting your time as well as they probably don’t even have the watches shown in their listings
