I’m entirely obsessed with this store. Their prices are unbelievably low. They carry everything for every room in and outside your house (furniture, art, home decor, bedding, kitchen supplies, gardening tools, & much more) any and everything to keep men, women and children looking their best (clothing, shoes, jewelry, perfumes/colognes, makeup, hair care products, lingerie), art & crafting materials, journals and guided journals, great stationary, all you need to bring home your new baby (cribs, changing tables, etc.) and all you need for your furry family member. The staff here is incredibly kind and helpful and you just can’t beat the prices Burlington has.

I went in to the store to browse and look for a summer cardigan, when I noticed someone with the name tag Frances berating and borderline harassing one of their associates. Their tone was extremely condescending and rude, it honestly looked like an abuse of power, and it made me walk out of the store immediately. As someone who has worked retail before, I know that making sure the atmosphere for customers is comfortable and welcoming, but the atmosphere in this particular Burlington was anything but. Not the best experience, and I hope that that person gets some sort of etiquette training or steps off of whatever high horse they’re on to treat employees like that.

No coats! Manager can hardly speak english. The shoes looks like they were purchased from a lower end swap meet! I have been a customer for years, including Kansas and Houston. What happened to the stylish heels and fabulous boots? I’m so disappointed ☹️
