Very friendly, made a copy of an email for me. Said they can can make the copies that I use for my artwork. So far they have my business.Update: went in later and had two prints made emailed from my phone. Needed these two pictures made to a certain size and they did excellent. I always like to print out the picture I need to wood burn so I dont have to keep my phone on. This is my go to place for sure!
