McConnell’s Fine Ice Creams was founded in Santa Barbara, California in 1949. We make our ice creams from scratch, using the finest local, sustainable and organic ingredients, from partner farms & purveyors – on California’s Central Coast and beyond – we’ve worked with for decades. And nothing else. No preservatives, no stabilizers and no additives, of any kind. The result? Pure flavor, smoothly consistent texture, incredible creaminess, and a sweet, 70-year legacy of churning out the world’s finest ice creams.

Well, I’m a bit of an ice cream connoisseur and trust me, the quality of the ice cream was awesome and the waffle cone was on point as well. We really enjoyed the server and she directed us to the best choices!! We had to wait a bit but great things are worth waiting for!! Would definitely visit here regularly if I lived in California…

It really helps when an employee actually knows a store policy. Sign on the door Only two parties allowed in the store at one time. We look in the store, one party of two people, we make the second party and walk in (we are not within 15 feet of anyone in the store and are wearing our masks)… lady behind the counter, You have to wait outside. Ok, questioning the sign… Your sign says two parties, not two people. Atempting to get a legitimate clarification. Rudely, she responds… You have to wait outside, that is our store policy, if you do not like it, we do not need your business. She was right, they did not need my business and we went to Doc Bernsteins (one block away). I do not care if your policy is Two people in the store at one time, if that is what you want, that is fine… but your sign should say that, not Two parties, which many people will take to interpret as two groups of people together. Simple fix, update your store sign to say Two People.

Good selection of interesting flavors, some overly sweet (yes, realize the irony of saying that about ice cream)
