I brought a piece of furniture and they did not take it because I needed to MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! There is no instructions on this site that you need an appointment to drop off. I can see if I’m going in BUT I’m not going in, I’m outside at the deck area ready to unload. REDICULOUS
