Returning product because of poor service. Had to drive 50 miles for a store. Greeted by someone who took my name, asked if I had a mask, I am in Texas for gosh sakes and told her so, she said I still had to have it, so I obliged. She proceeded to tell my husband to leave, they could only have one of us at a time, I call bull pucky, as she didn’t make anyone else leave. They have an attitude, poor customer service, amongst other things. I would give them a double minus if I could.

I spent over one hour on the phone to get a new service. No human being helped or answered my phone. It is shame such a company exist in the USA.Customer service staff are very unprofessional, rude and difficulty people. It is so surprising to me that such company exists in the USA. I will never recommend this company to my enemies. It is a nightmare to have such company in America.

Almost impossible to get in touch with a human and, if you succeed in doing that, their main goal seems to get rid of you as soon as possible with absolutely zero follow-through with their commitment.Local offices are no longer open. It’s as if they actually hate their customers.
